| its not a concept. its just my personal observation, whenever i travel out of yellow lake, and shut down my game outside yellow lake, i always get a white, green or yellow dot the nxt time i log in. but in yellow lake its always a red and above difficulty no matter how much i do or pass.. |
sure, only if next hunt wasnt belong to any part of red or ! hunt :)
so, if you get ! mark on hob hunt in GC, it will still a ! no matter which location you are.
something confuse you that next hunt isnt hob but farmer which you seldom hunt, then you get a non-red nor ! hunt ;p |

I think he means, that the next hunt will be a creature that is marked grey or yellow.
And not the same creature of course! roflmao! |
Just for share :
First, I also think this is just random coincidence. but the same thing also happen with my multi, greatest_one. If you do a lot of hunt(s) in one area, it will getting hard while when you move to other location, hunt become easy again. Note, this is happen when my multi on level 1-5, not happen again right now. |
