my anchorites with 12ini are slowest then mistresses with 11,8 ini . same problem with Unis vs Vampires . Random ini. is in 1.turn but this was in all turns...

somebody tell me why ???

if the random goes against you, so your anchos gets a starting ini of for example 11, while the mistresses get a starting ini of 12, it would take 5 turns for the anchos to get in front of mistresses, since it's only 0,2 ini faster per turn. I think this is the problem in this case, even though i have to admit haven't watched the fight.

I'm sorry for the poor explanation, but i hope you understand my point anyway.

The problem is that random ini for the first turn should be +/- 10%. Thats possibly up to 11.8+1.1 for mistress and 12.0-1.2 for druid. And thats enough accumulated initiative to decide the battle before they can switch their turns back. Maybe a wasp swarm would help..
