build a small steel cage or home for your bunny to live...im sure those cat can't get em don't you?
but you were just too nice to them..if i were you..when i saw that scene(the cat eating the bunny) i will gone mad in 1 second and grab something ..and straight to kill those cats..

It is just plain stupid to have bunnies in a place where a cat can enter. Especially when you know your neighbor got cats. Don't punish someone else for your own stupidity.
Male cats can wander a long distance searching for females. It can just as well be such a cat that killed your bunny. Or a fox. No animal or person should be accused of anything without some proof.
