| Um would there be much of a point to hunts other than the Guild bonuses? The arts rewarded are mostly mediocre and the XP/Faction Skill are shadows of what you can get with pvp combat. The amount of money that is obtained from hunter battles can end up costing you more money given that at later levels it requires more arts to fight at all. There seems to be little to no point in hunter battles if you actually lose money and get so much less Xp, why not only do pvp combat then and completely remove hunter battles? The arts mainly help in Hunter battles anyway(when compared to other arts of course) | Yes there is a point

But there ARE arts rewarded right? And you can keep them, get a set, and the bonus you get for that set will help a lot when you want to break records or do different hunts. They might be medicore, but add them all up, and they won't be medicore any more.

It might seem that's it's lower (especially with the limit of 0.5 fsp. But, do a hunt, then do a duel against someone your level, and win, and check the exp/fsp ratio for both of them. The hunt will have a better fsp/exp ratio.*

Once again, by Aazard, And hunting was never meant to be profitable anyway - the fighting or "War" part will ALWAYS cost money. Think of the thieves who pay a mil half to enter the guild and earn what, 40-100 gold per ambush? While Wearing arts, no less.

It does not. Feel free to fight in min AP if you so wish to. The only reason which you have to use more arts is so that you have a higher chance of winning. You do that in duels too, right? Use more arts?

See above, especially about the exp/fsp ratio.* Oh, and I see you would rather PvP all day. Now, play some time when there is only 100 online and we shall see how you will find someone to PvP you.
*Only applicable in general, i.e. say a level 7 wizard fights against 1070 farmers, it WILL give a better exp/fsp ratio then if the level 7 wizard fought against a, say, elf.
This does not apply if you purposely try to prove it untrue, i.e., you attack your own troops to reduce fsp gain and don't do that in PvP, or if you fight someone that you have asked to recruit less troops to gain less exp, etc. |
