New Jewelcrafters' enchantments coeffs bug

I have next enchanted items:
Pendant of despair [E6A6]
Cape of magical power [A6]
Prophet ring x2 [A6]

Thus, air magic enchancement effect should reach:

1-((1-0.18)*(1-0.18)*(1-0.18)*(1-0.18))=54,79%

But I got only +40% air magic enchancement effect:(((
