The main point is that in high levels, many players like group battles, but I have seen few times 2 players in a group battle, joined as a 3rd, wasted half an hour waiting and it didnt start. So everyone is joining duels only recently.
The idea would be to create a room(or change the existing ones) to become more like random group battles. If not enough players join, pick them for duels, otherwise, give them a group battle.

The point is not to CANCEL duels. Point is that if you choose group fight and not enough players choose it with you, those with option "yes I want to fight anyway" would be paired as duels.
Cuts off the part where 5 players wait for 3vs3 and then nothing happens. Could work precisely as the random group battles, when the largest possible battle would start.
