there should be power squares in battles on which if you step on something will happen like
attacker square = if a creature steps on it its attack will rise until it keeps standing on it
teleport square = this square will teleport you to another teleport square of same color
heal square = this one will heal the creature 1 hp per turn
invisible trap square = if a creature steps on it it will be unable to move for some turns
r. teleport square = this one will teleport the creature to a random spot
defense down = if somebody steps on it its defense will decrease for a turn
etc
etc
etc
what do you think?

Size up! square
Creatures gain "Large creature" ability for duration of the battle. |
Size down! square
Creatures which have this, will lose"Large creature" ability for duration of the battle. |
square of invisibility
creature who steps on it becomes invisible for 2 turns and can be only seen by the creature's lord |
Sympathy pain square (invisible)
all damage receive by a creature on this square is equally shared among
all the creatures currently on the Sympathy pain squares
In addition, creature on this square can also be targeted by ally =P |
+1 for the idea.
But the problem is, already people complain about fights becoming one sided due to random (almost) pops of Morale and Luck Boosts. Availability of Power squares will definitely add to such complains from all the players . . . |
