Authorfaction skill and hunter's guild points

I have a problem: i'm a lvl 7 kinght, with lvl 5 at faction skills and lvl 3 to hunter guild and i didn't receved all the bonus. i have counted them and is missing 2 to attack, 2 to defence and 4 to initiative. Pls solve this fast
