Yes.It should get multiplied by 36 bcause when you bet on a number you have 1/36 chance to win(actually 1/38 but for computer there is only 36 numbers when calculating prizes)
So -100 to this idea
if you bet 100 gold on a number and the number comes, then you receive 3600 gold, but you lose the 100 gold.
So you win "only" 3500 gold, and if the number did not come, you lose 100 gold
therefor the ratio is 35 to 1 and is correct.
