Authorserver time bug.

when i see the "infernals" page time is 9:18 , then when i go to other page its 9:16 then its 9:18 in infernals page, then 9:18 in both pages.

Each page has diff.refresh rates I think.

Character page is very slow but Map,GB etc..have high refresh rate

bt isnt it a bug? clock shud be same everywhere.
