The above transfer might be done in the exchange of artifacts.
In other words, this player rented some items from _FeLiX_ with low prices, In return, he transferred the TGI to him.
Therefore this allegation is now null and void.

During that particular date, the transfer limit varies as of now. So therefore, I think its valid. All my allegations are therefore null and void.
Henceforth, this thread has served no more purpose and should be locked.
