Its not his fault, its yours.I dont believe you can expect to get your money back as you vertually gave the weapon away.be more carefull in future.Your Loss |
Thx for your opinion.
I posted this not to become my weapon back or get the money. I posted this because I don't want a penalty for "financial assist". I wanted to make clear that this was an accident.
And the buyer may get an penalty which depends on the minimal market prize for this item. This happend already to the buyer of an TGI where accidently one zero was not correct typed in. So the TGI was selled for 10% of the price. The buyer gets a huge penalty (over 500.000 Gold) as the lowest price for TGI was set by 700.000 Gold).
For admins: The buyer was today online but did not respond to my mail.

3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players; as well as in case if the debtor has been blocked. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
For Dalamar2
Actually it's his fault too since it's completely obvious there was a mistake. Any ethical player would send the art back in the same price he bought it.
Anyway, you won't get any gold back but he'll get a fine proportional to the price difference if he doesn't return the art in the same price or send some more gold. |
