I was given leadership on clan #696 The mystical warriors
by Mitashjain yesterday, but he wants it back , so i tried to hand over leadership to him but nothing happens , clan balance is 0 , so why can't I hand leadership?

I think you can change leadership only once per month.

At least there's a (hidden) rule that you can't change treasurer like this.
