In this battle, I delay the barb. It has only 12 effect.
20* (1-.41) = 11.8 =12%
with pierce magic 47% , his resistance should be 41%*(1-.47) = 21.73 = 22%
So delay should have 20*(1- .22) = 15.6 = 16%
It seems as if DE doesn't pierce barb magic resistance when casting dark spells.
Also about the end when orcs were poisoned -27 with .3 turns left , my 25 poisoners fired but the poisoning was not relaced nor was it when the older -27 weared off. Orcs came unpoisoned when it's turn came.

This is really annoying especially dark spells not affected by pierce magic.
It's not a bug. DE's piercing works ONLY with chaos spells, NOT dark spells. Close the topic.
Not yet. What about poisoners. Poison spell replaces poisoning even if the spell deals less damage while the orc's poison was not replaced after the lesser one wore off.

Usually it does . If 27 poisoned it first and after some turns, it fires again poison is renewed.

Also when poisoners attack, it says enemy is poisoned. So the poison should replace if it is stronger/ other one weares off.
There is big difference between batlles in posts #1 and #7:

post #1:

1 shot - 27 poisoners
2 shot - 25 poisoners

post #7:

1 shot - 27 poisoners
2 shot - 27 poisoners

in post #1 battle -25 health is weaker then -27 health, so poisoning didn't apply. When you shot orcs 3rd time (after finishing of poison's action), it was -25 health for 2 turns again.

Yes there is. But it shouldn't be happening like that. That -27 gave immunity to orcs. The biggest benifit from poisoners is poisoning. With just 1 poisoner killed, its unfair not being able to poison a poisoned stack which will wear off before enemy's turn comes, being forced to wait with poisoner and give them a turn with no poison just bcause some poisoners die.

Maybe admins didn't have noticed about such a case. Otherwise when same no. attacks, poison renews . When they made codes so that lesser poison donot replace stronger ones to avoid problems, they might have forgotten about such cases. Thats why I put here. Let the admins decide what to do.
