Actually, MG change would be better IF you had to report the quest to seraph tears when you pick it at seraph tears.
Quests taken at Seraph's Tears can be reported back at Seraph's Tears. I've just tested this myself. The sword thingie was at Yellow Lake, though. I'm going to check if I can report to Yellow Lake quests from Seraph's Tears. If no one beats me to it... | Right now, you have to report your quest at YL, no matter where you picked it...
