Too many characters and also trasfers. | Sorry was unaware of the rules, all Scottyyy's are now abandoned. As for the other transactions to various accounts, they were only loans and/or clan funds which we are sharing the ownership of please don't assume they are all illegal. I will return all illegal transfers between Scottyyy's. I was new to the game when I made those transfers, my apologies.

Most of the "xkingoscarx"+ money was laundered through scotthedarkelf, then transferred to xdarkness where it seems to be currently be "stored". Looks like xdarkness makes "loans" to whichever of the Scottyy+ characters needs money due to roulette as well as transferring large amounts to Scottyy which was probably intended to be the new "main".
The best place to view the collective transfers are from the Transfer Logs of scotthedarkelf (for the xkingoscarx+ transfers), Scottyy and xdarkness (for.

Considering that the transfers of "clan funds" have been made to and from characters that aren't members of any clan, the claim seems a little dubious. Also the lack of any mention of the other obvious multis seems to indicate an intention to deceive any investigating party.
Considering that Scottyy has received over 110K gold from xdarkness since 22 March 2011, I don't think paying back 50K could be considered as having "returned all loans to xdarkness" (see Scottyy personal info).
Grunge | Xdarkness has sent a clan registrating form through which includes the registrating money, this has not been returned just yet. As I said before I was not aware of the rules when making these transactions. I also have no connections between these xkingoscarx characters, as I said earlier don't instantly assume. Just because someones name is "Sc0tt" does not mean that they are my character. It also appears that "Sc0tt" last logged on mid 2010, I have not made any transactions to xdarkness before then infact I made xdarkness early this year. Also wondering what this has got to do with you, why are you making such assumptions/actions.

Darkraagh gave me a gift of 10000 which is not illegal and gave me an 8000 loan, which is also non illegal, Because of a favour i did him

thekiwinz is simply loaning from xdarkness and scottyy. I Dont know how that is illegal
If its because its exceeding the amount that you can loan to one person then that is a honest mistake, i would of had no awareness to that and would get my friends to not do that in the future.
Yes Scotthedarkelf was ours but really back in 2009 we didn't know that, that was illegal like today and im taking ownership for that because i thought it would be handy to have 27000 that we had. Ill get Xdarkness to return it, i see thats the original source for it.
Xdarkness gave 100k to scottyy for the clan, because he was lvl 3 and scottyy was level 5, so scottyy registered and is waiting for a verification before handing it over to Xdarkness. Which seems to be a fair transaction.
We did not know what the rules were. on behalf of my friends we are very sorry. Hopefully you understand us and were we were coming from with this. I'll try to get my friends and i to return all the money or so what in the next month. Please understand that we are all relatively new here and was trying to help the game.

If you know the rules then you would be aware of this one -
3.8. The fact of logging multiple characters in the game from one computer must be by all means shown in the "character information" of all those characters with explanation of reason (relatives, friends, playing from a computer club etc).
If these characters are all logging in from different IP addresses then there probably won't be any problems. If, however, they are all from the same IP, I see a block-fest in the near future.
Grunge | I would also like to add, to whoever of high authority reads this I'd like to say if I/we do get banned. I feel to improve your game the game needs various ways of making money. Enrolling for 180gold every hour is simply not enough, hunting rewards barely give the same amount. It's simply not enough when we need to constantly pay amounts far beyond this to continue playing/doing combats (paying for AP). All me and players alike want to do do is play the god damn game, no money = no arts = no play (this I feel is why people make multi characters and make transactions). Also players don't want to spend 3/4's of an hour reading 50pages of god damn rules. Nor do people wanna spend a week making money to get enough AP so they can have a couple of combats. If I am forced to leave the game so be it. But I hope you take this feedback onboard and hopefully may influence you to make a few changes.

Since you've admitted a connection with Sc0tt it looks like the connection is fairly strong to me. I am surprised that anyone bothered as this network didn't have much money to contribute.
You should probably be glad someone reported you this early in your LWM career. It doesn't take long to achieve level 6. It would have been much worse to be reported later, say level 10 or more.
It may seem to be a source of easy money, but in the long run it just isn't worth it.
