viktor36 has been misusing others gold which have been put in the clan treasure of #711 Rise of the Pheonix by sending the free invites to everyone he knows. He declares him as the leader of the clan actually the clan was founded by Slayerblade which had been blocked earlier. Also he had been begging money in the PM from everyone and his info also demands it.
