Brilliant received a big amount of gold from elf6816 without any reasons! I was really shock when I saw this, here is the link

since there is no transfer description, it could be loan also.
moreover he knows the rules and he will return it. maybe it was transferred by mistake and maybe he wasnt privy about it |
he broke tis law i guess, frm the general rules :)
3.14.1. Transfers made without comments are considered presents and fall under the rule 3.15. Commenting on all loan transfers is compulsory; returning owed property also requires a proper comment. If you intend a transfer to be returned, you must make a 1 gold transfer with proper comment to accompany your transfer, if necessary.
This rule was introduced on November, 10, 2010.
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month. |
