...You are required to use a faction with the faction skill level no less than 6." in order to participate in Mixed Tournament.
I did not find any mention of this neither in the Official Announcement for MiT, nor in the About the game rules. I wanted to train the skill for my DE castle, bought the potion to reassign the stats, sold my LE attacker full gear, bought magi full - and now I am not allowed into the tourney!!! I will lose a lot of money selling back magi full and buying attaker gear again, but I guess administration does not care about it.
This server is yet to see the levels of participants they have on .ru I suggest administration to remove this minimum faction skill requirement. And in the future make sure to disclose all the requirements for the tourney beforehand.

This means you need at least 8-2 = faction level 6 to participate.
Another example, my highest faction skill is only 7.
So i only need faction level 5 to join |

I guess the logic is that you should only compete with a faction that is not going to give you a signficicant disadvantage to your teamates which you are randomly paired with. However, the main fault here, is as usual an issue with full and open communication where people should know what is happening.
I am sympathetic with what has happened, though I do not think it necessarily means the rule is an incorrect one.
Granted I can play with all my factions so you could argue I am rather biased in that opinion. |
