my friend account name is bopraw123..he reach level 2 to 3 today..and then he pay and join tournament to get experiment by ur instrutions..but he can't move in tournament when he reach in there with loading objects..he want to out this tournament..and he want to try more and more.please take his hero and army to out of tournament..

He wants to say that when his friend was playing the tournament, it got stuck up and now he cannot even move. He wants his friend to be helped by the admins in removing him from the combat.
