were adviced on forum to sent quitters moneys to empire still after closing topic he sided use moneys instead following rules |
someone told him to take it as gift.
but thats not quite what is described in his log!!

Rule describes that gold that is send to a player can be classified as a gift. As long as money transferred is -
- 20,000g x players[combat level]
gold sent to player is 5000g
Player that sent it is lvl4
20,000g x [lvl4] = 80,000g
The transfer is within legal boundaries by far....
The player that sent it described it as !. Not leaving game, or bye, therefore it is classified as such a gift.
The player that sent it is blocked, and the player that received it is not, therefore they are not playing from the same IP

All in all, the transaction was completely legal.

3.14.1. Transfers made without comments are considered presents and fall under the rule 3.15. Commenting on all loan transfers is compulsory; returning owed property also requires a proper comment. If you intend a transfer to be returned, you must make a 1 gold transfer with proper comment to accompany your transfer, if necessary. |
