there should be two different costs for repair of any arts, one costs lower then buy a new, and one is as current rate, lower for normal arts, and higher for enchanted.
well then blacksmith will become quite useful wahts the need of it if it takes so much gold to repair

If repairing would become "useful", then people would stop buying new artifacts. Hence economy would collapse since there would be no demand for new arts from production facilities. No more enroll places. No more money. We all bankrupt. We all donate. We all quit...

I don't see why that should happen, since repairing takes its time and good smiths are not available all the time.

Yeah, thats more like it.

But how about this: instead of different costs, have them take different time to repair (which is more logical in my eyes), since an enchanted art needs much more care and time to be repaired.
