I repair 70% for only 60% of repair cost

1. Calculate repair fee (you should "Repairing cost" multiply by 0.6).
2. Transfer it to me with Transaction description - "name of your art" repairing.
3. Transfer your art (0/x durability) with recall in: 0.01 days, 0 combats and "Allow repair", 1 gold only.
