Here under is a good example why you shall not create many accounts and do not having any transfers between them. If you check some of those accounts transfers log you can see that they are just for like this rule:
3.9. Additional characters created for any kind of support to the main one ("extrachars" later on), (e.g. resource and artifact keeping, trading, assists in combat or finance) are forbidden. All extrachars found will be banned, and the owner will be subject to penalty.
So how did it go like this? Answer: Because of a young player that did not understand all the rules!
