| Obviously this would be a question for Admins but they are never on so i will post it here. does anyone know if a blocked character can be unblocked and if not why not just delete the character all together and allow someone else to use the name or to restart from scratch with the same name. I belive it would be a useful thing to do |

Several characters have been unblocked for false blocks but other than that I don't know. |
