I think that is legal under our existing rules because:
3.14.1. Transfers made without comments are considered presents and fall under the rule 3.15. Commenting on all loan transfers is compulsory; returning owed property also requires a proper comment. If you intend a transfer to be returned, you must make a 1 gold transfer with proper comment to accompany your transfer, if necessary.
This rule was introduced on November, 10, 2010.
3.15. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.
Yrmgald (the giver) is lvl 10. So he is entitled to 100000 (10k x 10) gold per month to give as a gift.
His total for November is less than 50k
His total for October is 41,500.
Again, perfectly legal under our existing rules. |
