I think that rule is for the same complaint. This one is different from the earlier complaint. Because the character in question committed two different unruly acts (according to me - which is still to be decided by the concerned authority).
If I file two complaints in the same thread, then it may count as a single unruly act and he will get single punishment.
Though, it is my personal thinking; if the Keeper thinks it right, he or she may close this thread. |
