for lvl4.. max bow and then max fk rest faeries if any.
if you have DU them max bow then max sprites(DU) :P |
how can you beat a barbarian in lvl 8 .. i am finding it very difficult :( lvl 8 & 10 barb is tough for elf, they can be defeated but it need luck(not only your troops luck). if that barb having TG bones then you don't have any chance.
ware arts which give more initiative for your troops and try.if you split your troop too much will make his orc stronger.try to kill his wolfs with efk and uni. (always watch his orc range for melee\range attack).
<i remember one barb at CL9-10 who is TG4or 5 ,he always join CG or GB with 2 Ring of abdication(+10% ini and -2 def) all elf are a Piece of cake for him :P>

still didnt find a good strategy in cg at level 14 aggainst necros, but who can help is allowed to teach us :]
i think most important thing is to get first and perhaps good luck in first hits is also good. |

I am here at 15 lvl against vanguard of necro{20}, using similar tactics you can easily win {18} and {19} on lvl 14.
Cannot say anything useful about vanguard of demons. |

Of course it's very important to shoot first and get luck or crit in first hits )) but due to +3% ini elf usually wins shooting duel. Here are some of my battles against necros. I didn't win all of them so you can see my mistakes also. (Note that I didn't have any necro anti at lvl 14)

Hello everyone, I'm level 9 and just recently switched to Elf. I have bought everything except Sprites and Magic Guild. I'm now going to unleash a whole slew of questions on you.
1. Talents
a) For hunts and MG, should I go with Advanced Offense and Battle Fury?
b) For PvP, would Expert Luck + Rain of Arrows be the best might choice, or Battle Fury + something else?
c) Is Rally worth it? It gives about 10 more efk and a few bowmen.
2. Recruiting
I know that for hunts, it depends on what you are facing. For MG, is it better to go with a shooting-focused build, or a melee-focused build? (I currently don't have Sprites, but I could get them soon enough)
3. Magic
Is Holy magic viable at level 9? I was suprised to see that the talents are only 7 points each, allowing for 4 of them at level 9. If I chose to go Magic, should I go with...
a) Advanced + Bless and Wrath
b) Expert + either Bless or Wrath
c) Basic + either Bless or Wrath + Advanced Luck
Any opinions would be highly aprreciated. I care mostly about opinions for PvP, I can figure things out for myself for hunts and MG I think. |

b) exp luck + Rain for GB for Dual instead of Rain basic defense. other build also good especially you know whom you facing in Dual :P
c)sometimes in MG and dual but luck/off build is always good
2.for MG use max uni/efk/bow and druid against shooter/magic quests. otherwise use max bow.
against monsters use max bow/efk/uni/druid
3. never tryed. not very useful till next lvl, so you can try to explore it :)

I advice you to take max efk, max unicorns, max treefolks. The rest of sprites, gmb and anchorites in this order. Try split anchorites into 2 stacks for stoneskin your units.
For talents you could get expert fortune, battle fury and basic defense. Atribute points you could spend 1 point into knowledge and the rest in attack. That 10 mana will help you with wasp or haste sometimes. |
