I have played many battles involving Chaerul (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4679326) and on several occasions he has had connection difficulties.

Usually he manages to reconnect within a few minutes, however being absent close to the end of this battle, he may not have time to reconnect before the battle finished.
