Onslaught phase challenges fill up as "Evenly" group combats. Thus, only after each defender has joined the challenge, may one attacker of the same or lower combat level join the challenge across that defender. Characters of up to CL 11 are exempt from the level restrictions.

U can join the defend. But attacker lv10 can fight against you.
