Yes and No. I use an Iphone but I can't enroll using its in build browser "safari" but there are tons of flash support browser available in the app store such as Puffin and Phonton. You dont need to jailbreak it nor purchase such flash support browser just to download it. Google it, there are tons of app that allows you to "by-pass the purchase stage" without jailbreaking. |
iPhone and Windows don't support flash. Even Adobe themselves have lost interest in Flash Player for phones and stopped supporting flash for mobile phones. It is unstable and has major security flaws. They released an official statement stating this few years back. HTML5 is supposed to be the next big thing but sadly many websites (including LWM) still employ heavy usage of flash. You can download flash support browsers available in the app store such as Puffin and Phonton on an iPhone but there is no way you can enroll using windows phone. Neither Windows Phone's upgrades will introduce flash in them.
FYI, I use Windows phone (Windows 8.1) too and it is pretty annoying( |

Personally I believe WP shouldn't support flash, it is just a resource hog. I bought WP because it is a stable platform and has virtually very little to none virsuses. Supporting flash would open it up to viruses and make it insecure. :( |
