DarkCarnivore is my friend. he discovered the russian version heroeswm.ru in 2007 and when this english server was opened, he invited me to keep him company.
when he decided to leave this game because of boredom and long inactivity and since BOW wasn`t allowed anyway, he offered financial help and sent me the money he got from the invitation program (from my lvl-ups) as gifts.

seems like he had multichars, but he said it`s ok and so on, because at that time it wasn`t a breach of rules to have more than 3 chars (as now). it was his business anyway, so I didn`t really pay attention to the fact that he involved his multis.
anyway, we never played from the same ip or local network and didn`t encounter in any card games, battles or whatever, and I didn`t find it necessary to report anything or to write the fact in my personal information.
he quit the game this year, so I didn`t bother anymore.

now about the rules so many claim to follow perfectly:
1) 1.13. Financial assist is forbidden in all aspects of the game. Financial assist is a dedicated assistance of one character to another in any way meant to increase the possessions of the latter.
I had enough money for that time anyway, it wasn`t considered to support me somehow. just a symbolic present.

2) 3.14. There are limits for transfers intended as presents or loans. Maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total is 20,000 * [Combat level] gold. The maximum term for loans is 1 month, unless the comments to the transfers state a shorter period.
3.14.1. Transfers made without comments are considered presents and fall under the rule 3.15. Commenting on all loan transfers is compulsory; returning owed property also requires a proper comment. If you intend a transfer to be returned, you must make a 1 gold transfer with proper comment to accompany your transfer, if necessary.
3.15. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.

none of these rules were violated by him.

so, all in all, if admins decide his actions are illegal or whatever, may they impose me a penalty and return the money to him or to empress, or force me to do so myself.
because I don`t want anyone to make false conclusions or try to slander me.

wow i cant believe it, u have a really dirty transfer log, with more than enough multi accounts... they gave to u tons of golds WITHOUT COMMENTS:)

all multis are lvl3,it mean the lvl can start transfers item/gold to others..its obviously to use to farm gold..as it reach lvl3 he harvest the gold..
