White_Knight2 was asking for my password in order to 'make me rich'

does this goes against rule 3.4. (It is forbidden to try to access passwords of other players)?

Forward the message to Secretary. To do it, just click the reply button on the mail you received and in the To box, replace the existing name to Secretary and then send it.
