AuthorEconomy crisis: On the Verge
It's clear that we are heading down. All machining and production work is out and soon the mining industry will.

This is basically a topic to help the empire or admins to stock up and refill. Please help out with this thank you

Though ... low gold on factories did not bring a crisis all these years.
you know something's wrong when you can mine in GC ...
you know something's wrong when you*can'tmine in GC ...
the problem is players aren't spending the gold they are earning...
They are not buying arts from factories and they are not buying resources

Actually there have been crises, after big inactivity of admins several times over the years, sooner or later they get filled though.
lol.

Just two weeks ago there was no wood to be found anywhere (dwarf making..)

Head out of GC, you'll find your dream job ;p
i dont understand what are you talking about guys
if there is no money in a mine, buy one piece and there you go
i trade all the time, and there are all kinds of resources everywhere
especialy when a survival tournament is on
maybe the problem is that lots of people do 10 enroll on one combat
normally that amount of gold in facilities is then lowering
start doing combat lads, look at my example ;)
ofc i am having a problem, I dont have money :)

i think the biggest problems are scripts that someone is using evidently
no way that i buy some nickel, and instantly somone sells ore and wood in that facility
all the time...
can somebody do somthing about it?
The problem is that so many people spent a large portion of their finances on the dwarf castles the moment they became available. I spent over 200k and have far more spending to do to bring my castle to completion.

The reason that this creates a problem, or at least, an apparent problem, is that the resources paid for castles do not go into anyone's pocket, they disappear. Thus, the introduction of the dwarves removed a significant quantity of gold and resources from circulation without returning anything in an economic sense.

Don't worry, the market will right itself with a little help from the admins, probably within the month.

This is a bit off-topic, but I think I know who is doing it: a member of the Guardians of Russia clan.
The illegal scriptor is not online right now, so Nickel Works in Eastbay appears to behave normally. You (honest) sellers might want to take advantage before he comes online again.
I think the violatility of game economy is something normal as in the real world. Making it more friendly for enrollers should not happen just by market invervention but also by fixing mechanisms of the market. Each province should have mine where salary is low, such as 160-170 gold. There would also be a job available. If you need a job for more gold, buy some resurces or arts and enroll from it.
Another problem just poped in to my head. Lots of arts are bought from game shop instead of factories. It is easier to o but for this reason factories are not having gold.

If arts from game shop are available in factories only, there would be economy moving everywhere, from factories to mines.

agree

+1
and it would be more chance for active players to trade
on the subject of scripts, I buy 1 defender shield in Silent Hill for 1 wood, 3120 gold. Within 3 seconds the facility loses around 1900 gold as a result of trading with no new people enrolling. Is this the work of some script trader or is it just one person constantly refreshing the page to check if there is any money to be had and jumping at the first instance?
