Noble Lords and Ladies,
Today official clan #11LWM - Chat moderators announces recruitment. Yes, it’s finally expanding and yes, this time it’s serious.
In few words, it’s just a start of a rebuilding process for our official clans and its main goal is to add some fresh blood to the mix, get rid of inactive moderators and as a result create a dynamic system that will be way more efficient than the current one so our community could benefit off that.
Here are the requirements for our candidates to apply:
- Only main characters are allowed
- You’re active and willing to help this community out by fulfilling official duties
- You have to be 8th combat level (or higher)
- You have registered at least 6 months ago (it’s your current character that you’re applying with, any of your ‘older’ or ‘previous’ characters aren’t taken into consideration)
- You must know general rules and forum rules well
- You must help players with their questions
- You mustn’t have any significant game rules violations
- Your English is at least at the intermediate level
- You were never evicted from any official clan
How to apply?
If you fit those requirements, simply PM me (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4349363) filling the next information in your application:
1. Have you read the requirements? Do you fit those? In case if you fit most of them but don’t fit some particular ones, please specify which ones you don’t and why?
2. How long have you been playing this game, and is this your first character? If it’s not, what happened to your previous accounts (blocked, abandoned, whatever, just be sincere, no one’s gonna judge you)?
3. How old are you?
4. Where are you from (or what’s more important, what’s your time zone (+/- compared to the server time for obvious reasons)?
5. How many hours a day do you spend in the game?
6. Have you tried out for moderator before? If so, what were the reasons that made them reject you?
7. Why would you like to become a moderator? Just be sincere, if you’re for the money say it out, there’s nothing wrong in it, people do their jobs professionally and get payed for that in RL, why should it be different here?
Every application will be followed by an interview, but people, please, don’t expect instant answer if you’re in or not, okay?
And the last thing before you proceed is: again, be sincere. No one likes liars, you know that.

as what stoter mentioned, before you can give accurate/effective guidance, you need to be able to understand the requirements/rules yourself

having not 1 but 2 blocked characters says that much already; there are other ways you can help the community and do what you do best e.g. creative works? |
for Dionysus:
i wanted one to get blocked since it was previous main
after i shifted my main to present account i sent various mails to arctic and empire and secretary to block both of them
so in a way they were blocked by my own wish
you may ask my truthfulness when arctic becomes active again
and other than that i have violations only for questioning the efficiency of mods and wanted them to work harder that's all
ask arctic if i am lying about blocking accounts
i had not read the rules when i shifted my main and did illegal stuff but wheni actually read them i sent a mail the next immediate minute though i had some sorrow for them |

| Just send your application and if you're not suited you'll be rejected, that's what she means. All applications are taken into consideration, some rejections will take place too, nothing wrong about it. |
