Insulting in Mail+begging for loan in mail, No penalty after all

Blacklist solved any problem about mailing
So no one should get nothing wrong for his/her mailing

Of course he/she may send a lots of PM to spam b/f getting blacklist
In this case, it was highly intention and so should imposed some punishment (eg. penalty or ban for some time or gold of admin's choice + block in serious case)

How this idea come up?
Because I see a lots of player are sending PM(asking to punish other) + posting in forum about these
to admin and keeper instead of just clicking blacklist by himself/herself

Of course they still can create new account and make it again
(but their time to create and lv up to 3 take a lots, On the other hand was just 3 clicks-inbox ,read and blacklist to solve it)
Im sorry, but i actually dint get what U want to propose ?
PS. I have never done insult in PM or beg
Also I never face other do to me in serious
So I may not know how much annoying it was.
But I do know that blacklist is the best way to solve any bad case about PM instead of giving job to admin and keepers
Some player get block or get penalty just because of they beg, or do something wrong in PM
(Ps.I have never done this)

I want to relief it
Why?, It's simple
Just blacklist him and he can do nothing more
As you know, the option to blacklist someone annoying you through mail is already there. So, there is nothing new to suggest for improving the game process in your thread here. It is about personal preference - if a player wants to blacklist or complain about. So, this thread is more like an appeal to the players to use "blacklist-option" rather than a suggestion to improve the game-process. So, it doesn't belong to "Ideas & Suggestion".
