He wants to play with "milad-ir" only, as declared in his profile. However:
creating MORE that three characters (main + two extra that follow special rules) is NOT allowed. Blocking one char to create another one instead is prohibited.
It is up to the Keepers to decide if he should be allowed to start clean. Still, all of his other accounts should be blocked.
