Additional facts:
From the link given in post 2, it can be observed easily that there are 5 people involved, who continuously bought his skeletons for 1 gold, with no apparent reason other than hurting imz76 economically. It is also clear that they are doing it purposely, as there is no advantage gained by those players by continuously buying skeletons 1 at a time.
After analyzing their transfer log, it transpires that there could be a large possibility that all these 5 characters are of the same person, which are made to financially benefit a 6th character named "Sigareti"

It is clear from the logs of 5 characters that they have funded several hundred thousand gold to "Sigareti". So, it's not a surprise to see that all these accounts could belong to a same person, who has some personal problem with our complainant here (imz76). This is why he's trying to waste all his (imz76) skeletons.
Another interesting thing here, that is very much noticeable, is that none of these 5 characters have ever played as a necromancer, nor they have any fsp in that faction. So, what are they gonna do with those skeletons? They can't even make profit by reselling them in the market. |
I think this also qualifies as transfer log flooding.

The problem is that Sigareti is not *profiting* from this errors in game algorithm.
Instead he is economically harming someone else, which is not mentioned by that rule.

I disagree, he is profiting by economically harming another trader.
Are you saying that if "so too say" Apple economically harmed Samsung then Apple didn't 'profit' from this.
By making this trader not get money it means that he can't buy anything so other traders fall short therefore (albeit in a small way) effects the entire eco structure of LWM.
Also while the seller gets nothing, he gets something therefore technically profiting from the situation.
