Again verbal abuse in private chat which i copied for him to the open chat.

Also speaking in some unknown language, refsing to speack common English. Presume swearing at me.

Boosting that if he abuses me in private he won't get fined.

Moreover he called me and my fellow friend 'kids', etc and offended my country,laguage etc
He deserves a penalty (not me)
