Well this might work out as an alternate way of merge:
Instead of merging two servers into one (which causes a lot of problems like character name being same , clan ids and etc.) i think it would be nice if admins add all features that are currently on .ru to .com (artifact sets , larger maps and so on whatsoever .ru has).
on .ru there are many non-russian players , and they probably play there cause of the server being more developed. | | lol. Please read some more forum before creating a topic! | Completely go with arcanide.
