well i only state they use mroe ap than i allow

and psot the questons is that common for russians
and i dotn see any other forum suitable for that so no it is not spam but your comment is ;(

This issue has been addressed on .com many times before. AP limits are a suggestion. Players don't have to follow them. If you create a battle asking for min AP and someone joins with full arts, is it annoying? Yes. Does it break any game rules? No.

Local Rule#7//Combat description is just a request not obligation. And thus transgressing the combat description is not a violation of game rules.
