He's been following me for a long time now with his verbal attacks. I've lodged a complaint twice in the past if memory serves.

Since he's been using "!" sign for this _all the time_, in other words, sending me mindless verbal attacks in command speak _repeatedly_, _game after game_ I have no means to quote the battlechat here. Probably it can be dom by the Administration. This behaviour violates the core essence of the game and must be stopped.
