Mhh yea I would call myself active xD Will do the 11enrolls/1MQ until I have MG4 then HG6
and then I will do the PvP thingie with CG ^^
Thanks for all the advise :) | I'd say, set yourself some goals. You can do MG4 first, then HG6, with the easiest hunts possible (skip the hard ones) and in the meantime improve your LG and save for TGI. Always use the cheapest set possible. TG gives a very good ratio now, so this and CG is probably the best in the long term. Events and some tournaments also give good fsp, and sometimes there is indeed a bonus.
And yes, it can take a long time until you reach a goal. Saving for TGI will be a pain, but you'll get there one day :). And with higher LG everything is also easier. | Saving for TGI will be a pain, but you'll get there one day :). And with higher LG everything is also easier.
Great things make you suffer little by little | Well if you have an good friend he could assist you but he don,t kill anything you get evrything the same but one more amazing thing that hunt will be the same next time too VERY VERY VERY useful thing to make good FSP character. | for JustTuna:

What a nonsense. If you call a friend to your hunt and he kill nothing: it'll be the same if you don't call anyone for help: creatures will grow on 30%, you'll have the same chance for item drop and get +1 HG point +0.5 fsp, etc. and your friend will simply get +0.1 HG and chance for item drop. Also abusing such thing can again be against rules =_=
Anyway it has nothing to do with fsp.
If you come to help, then don't forget that there's minimal XP limit depending on caller's level + you get only 0.25 FSP. On your level, for example, you can provide 900:1 ratio to your friend this way. But then you must be a mazohist or someone's alt (most likely alt of your friend), because it's very uneffective for you and effective only for your friend to call him on very easy hunts. And yes... it's another way of abuse nowadays... There was also almost the same way of abuse with group TG, when high level called for help low level and low got a lot fsp. | mmh @22 sounds good :D Will go this way I think :) Once again thanks for the lots of replies, didn't thought this thread will be so crowded ^^
@23 I know ;( Trust me xD
@24 + @25 mmh maybe it is abuse don't know but the group TG will for sure be fun when I once get to have TGI xD | for JustTuna:

Yay i just say he kill nothing he do kill few creatures to get idk 0.1fps and you get 0.4 ..... | and your friend will simply get +0.1 HG and chance for item drop. Also abusing such thing can again be against rules =_=

Its not abusse, as a matter effect I'll do it sometimes when I'm sure I'll lose on my own so I ask help from a friend wich blocks the hunt for me so I have more time to shoot/kill it.
Ofcourse you'll need friends that will do this for you.. As far as I've read the rulez its not against them as long as you don't over abusse it. | for JustTuna:

So..? Why do you put it into 'Tips on building up a decent char ?' topic, as it's opposite to it, than less you get FSP from your own hunts, than worse for your character progression.
See the difference:
100 creatures killed at one and you got 0.5 fsp and for example 100 XP and next time you'll have 130 creatures.
or 20 + 21 + 22 + 23 + 24 = 110 creatures and you got the same 0.5 fsp, but 110 XP and you'll have 130 creatures next time. It's minimal 0.1 FSP for you.
Now if you'll get less than 0.5, but more than 0.1 it'll be something in between +0% and +10% to your total XP from hunting. To make a conclusion: calling for help is always bad for you and good only if your friend don't kill anything at all, but if you really need such help, it means that your HG is very high already and there're too many creatures and it'll give you so much XP, that it'll be bad idea to kill them at 1st place. So one of advices should be 'never call for help in hunts'.
for Vlaer:
Well, I'd say just enjoy your play :p
I'm sure everyone would agree with you, but... here's one problem: if you want to enjoy this game, your character must be able not only to 'participate' in PvP fights (we're playing multiplayer game, if you haven't noticed yet), but also be able to win there. And if you want to have at least any chance to win there, your character should be good. And to make your character good, you have to 'use calculator'. Or else you wouldn't be able to enjoy your play. | Vrrn you are my new heroin! Thanks for explanation and calculation I would never been able to do. And I'm gonna ask you for private advice too. How much do you charge? ;)
Anyway, I do not agree with you wouldn't be able to enjoy your play . Here is my char, totally mismatched as to win/loose ratio and so on (too lazy or not able to make calculation), lacking strategy, etc. Is it a looser? You can say that, but I keep playing simply because I like this game. | [q]Here is my char, totally mismatched as to win/loose ratio and so on (too lazy or not able to make calculation), lacking strategy, etc. Is it a looser? I love this game too, problem is I am a naturally really competitive player, so I will always thrive to be the best / get the best out of my possibilities :)
Anyways thanks again for all this advice :) |
