| well, my observation is different. with 11 (1 attempt) and 34 AP (1 attempt) I got 1.71 FSP, but without arts I only got 0.86 FSP (3 attempts). |

First was min arts 1760exp/1.3fsp.
Second was no arts 1000exp/0.75fsp. |
