i have 14 invokers recruited using CoT. I am not trying to put remaining CoT in increase the recruit count %. I have increased recruit count % upto 13%. Still i am not even getting one Invoker extra.
I also have 10 dreadbanes and 18 genies, but again not getting any extra troops.
