I fall in 2 X 3 combat, they have full troop. Level 10 12 vs 10 12 12.

That is no way to win.

Why don't to be 2 x 2 normal combat.

This isn't a technical problem: you needed a full vanguard for this event as you will always get 3 AI opponents facing you.
