Author | Different Approach To Leaving |
Hi,
I noticed that the leaving during games is a phenomenon quite common. As we all know, this ruins match and waste our time, that why I have some proposals:
1A.
Full experience and SP for winner(s): often during 1 vs 1 one player leave, so the other ones get almost no exp and no SP wasting his arts. I think we should consider giving him the same exp and SP that he would get if he won the fight. In 3vs3 or 2vs2, the exp and the SP is divided between the other players. The team mate(s) of the leavers won't get their set damaged, also full hp and mana (as he won).
1B.
The leaver pay the cost of the use of the winner's artifact used for the combat. In case of group battles, player in team with the leaver won't damage his artifacts after combat, also full hp and mana (as he won).
2.
Leaving count based on heroes turn: often I notice "fast" race die after few minutes because of their hight initiative. In my opinion, 3 wait of the character is a better way to "count" his leaving time. The main reason because we need it is because we have to consider the possibility that a player have trouble with his pc or router and may need to restar it. I find much better losing 2 full turns and come back that being defeated after 5 wait (considering a fast player is a very low time).
I made one post because I think they should both be applied. Let me know what you think. | -1
This could be an easy method for boosters?
Level 1's could easily get to around level 6 in a day or so with this.
2 or more laptops, make new accounts, join, quit, free xp and sp.
This needs more thinking throgh. | We could set this from lvl 5 or higher. Or simply checking IP before a fight. | It is good suggestions, but please read the local rules:

The commonly used word for "leaving" here is AFK (Away From Keyboard). It is not perfect but has become the standard.
Very often we use FP for Faction Skill Points and SP for Spell Power. | -1 to first and second
