This player has received a "Birthday present" from

With a value of 63700 Gold at the date of 2013-03-01 15:13:, when this player received the "gift", he was level 5 which can be confirmed by checking his battle log on the day he received the 63700 gold.
as rule 3.15 states
"There are limits for transfers intended as gifts. Gifts from a grantor to any particular player must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month."
At the time he received the gift, he had obtained 0 Diamonds through donations and was level 5.
10,000 * 5 + 250 * 0 = 50,000
That means (s)he has obtained 13700 more gold than he was allowed to gain as a "gift". | You can not know how many diamonds he/she has bought.
He/she might have bought hunter license twice or Abu bakirs charm or even DU at lower level.

Its only 13700, only admins know if he/she bought diamonds or not. | You can not know how many diamonds he/she has bought.
if this player bought 55 diamonds or more, then this "gift" would be legal. | At 2013-03-09 19:32: the player has received an additional 17,000 gold and at 2013-03-09 20:13: he received 1000 gold turning the amount of gold he received in a month to 81,700 gold, turning the 13,700 into 31,700.
After reading Post #2 and #3, he would have to donate a total of 127 Diamonds in order to turn this "gift" legal.
Due to my stupidity, I assumed the amount of Diamonds he exchanged at a later date was bought on the same date, not keeping in mind he could have bought them earlier or if he has already spend some on items that require Diamonds to buy. |
