Friends.. I have enrolled myself, in my University cultural events... And i am going to create a Short film...
I have gone through many fields, like romance, sci-fi, fiction, Horror, Comedy, Action and Patriotism, and i have drawn Horror, Comedy, Action and Patriotism out of it.
1)Action
-> Fight sequence perfection, Punch Dialogues.
-> Risk of injury.
2)Horror
-> Lightnings at night.
-> Sound effects.
-> Scary Make-up.
3)Patriotism
-> Not to go near Racism.
-> Need Adult actors.
4)Comedy
-> A damn funny script
-> Timing
-> Perfect actors.
The outlined are the possible challenges that should be faced(Still much more).
I am a student. I cant make a big budget. What i want now is, a good script. Give me a good example of a script. No matter what category it is. Just give me an outline, and i will develop the script. Just a spark needed for me.
I already have one.
There is a gang of students, and a boy in the gang is handsome. He is facing a challenge to flirt with a girl. The challenger is his friend, and the friend specifies that the girl is damn cute. The handsome boy also believes in it, chases her mobile number, and started flirting with her. The relation prolonged for a month, and the two have planned to meet in a church. But actually, the girl looks very ugly. The handsome boy point his friend who will not look handsome even a bit, saying its him, who talked with her. The girl started crying, and again approached the original handsome one, and proposing him. The plot is Comedy. I have already made a script. But it seems to common.
Please gimme some ideas friends ! :) | My opnion, you should focus on one way, instead try multiple ways to make a movie...
For example, romance you could mix with comedy, making a comedy romantic move, but a comedy horror movie is just a parody and nobody cares about...
I like movies which had story and a good interpretation and story of each character, for example the first 3 spiderman movies are just a trash, but the last one "wonderful spiderman" is a great movie, they have made a good characterization of character and show his story without forcing or pushing.
A good movie should be like a good book, everything must makes sence and everything should be put on right place.
But don't forget, the movie should bring entertainment, unless you're making a documentary which doesn't means must be boring. You'll know if you make a good movie or not, the cameras set, the router and characters are the most important things to think about. | So true So true...
