Authornecromancers in quick battle

Hello,i want to highlight that when AI computers control my charater in quick battles,it doesnt use the raise dead ability and that is a huge disadvantage to all necromancers,please fix it.

on higher levels it will raise dead) but always the lich))

if you pick defensive it will but if you pick offense it will only atk cuz that's what it's told to do
